John Hunter Home Builders is proud to announce our new office / design center is now open in Flower Mound, TX.  However, with the current pandemic and supply chain issues, we continue to deal with material shortages and products being discontinued.  This requires us to make quick changes on selections to try and minimize delays in the construction process.  Currently, we are mainly building “Speculation Sales” homes and not allowing changes during the contract period due to the reasons mentioned.  On a “Build for Customer” home, we typically use products and selections that we’re confident will remain available.
